B-STOCK RF-7II'S vs. A-STOCK SOUND QUALITY

Recommended Posts

Another stupid question from the newbie. Will B-stock RF-7II's sound as good as A-stock? I've seen where you can buy B-stock speakers from dealers, but I'm not interested in saving money if I have to sacrifice sound quality. I can live with minor cosmetic flaws, but I want my speakers to rock to the best of their ability.

Mine are B-stock with the dark cherry veneer. The dark cherry actually works perfectly with the rest of my furniture, but there is not a lot of figure in the wood.

I've seen black B-stock offered, but I've never seen or read what makes the black ones qualify as B-stock.

Welcome to the forum Chad. It seems your questions here have continued to attracted their fair share of smart a$$ answers. I don't know why but welcome nevertheless.

As another mentioned, I think the 'B' stock refers to the speaker finish only.
