derrickdj1 Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 (edited) I have heard the 7's and 7 II's. Slight difference due to different xo points. Both are fine speakers and unless doing a direct A/B comparison in the same room, it would be difficult to pick one over the other. At high volume the original 7 may be shrill to some in the HF. A 20 min. modification and a $2.00 resistor will correct most of that. I have the 7's and really like them.
