JJkizak
The X-4000 is useless without the remote. Mine was $739.00 and so far am real happy with it. JJK
ChuckAb3
There will always be deals on electronics. I've had to discipline (force) myself to limit my excitement over a deal to those brands with a sound that I like and not just concentrate on price or even features. I'm sure you've thought of that, but just wanted to throw it out there in case you hadn't. Good luck!

jordan122345
Okay so finally got the new amp hooked up. Now just regular not with the mic yet. But this sucker sounds alot better than the previous Yamaha v757 I had. But it should with 35 watts extra per channel. Now to get it completely set up as soon as I make up my damn mind with a subwoofer.LOL

K5SS
Make sure you plug all the HDMI's in with the receiver unplugged and also leave plenty of room for ventilation. Congrats on the new receiver. I had the 818 and it was very powerful.
