moray james
no, sorry can't retrieve my saved data. Edited March 7, 2015 by moray james
Klipsch Employees Chief bonehead Posted March 6, 2015 Klipsch Employees Share Posted March 6, 2015 The basic difference is that the k25 has a vented pole piece while the k23 does not. That helps in relieving the back air pressure and lets the woofer move freely.

001
thanks for the info chief. aside from the vent they are the same though? same ohm & other specs? on the same note, why do i see some fortes with the smaller round speaker terminal cup & they say 4ohm, while other forte & all forte2 have the bigger square one & are rated at 8ohm? moray james
the speaker systems are all 8 ohm systems no matter what they say I seem to recall that there is a 4 ohm difference between he Forte and Forte ll woofer but as I said I cannot open my saved data. I had my old drive info placed on my new drive but now I am not able to open it. I am not 100% sure about woofer impedance so perhaps someone who is wil1 step up maybe Dennis (DJK) will comment.
