oldtimer
How big are the cans? (He says with a wink and a knowing smile)
Coytee
How big? Too big for me. I can't eat a can worth without feeling like I've pigged out. I buy the smallest cans and they will last me two or maybe three dinners (2 dogs each time so six total) I've found them in South Carolina, here in Tennessee and I think Atlanta area (not 100% sure on the atlanta) In Texas, if they had them, they can be hard to find. I'd ask the boss. Since it's a stocked item at most stores, I'd think they could get some.
oldtimer
I'm still leaning toward the Mexican with a goat and an onion.

BEC
I have tried Skyline (out of the can) on chili dogs and was not impressed. For a chili dog, the best I know of is Petit Jean Chili. That is a local product and not sure it gets around the country much. http://www.petitjeanmeats.com/Chili-4-14oz-Packages/productinfo/64/ Two more excellent products for use on a chili dog are: Tony Packo's Hot Dog Sauce, and Ray's Hot Dog Sauce. Both are available on line.
jimjimbo
It is definitely an acquired taste....and, I would agree, not great on chili dogs, but much, much better on spaghetti, with cheddar cheese, onions and a bit of hot sauce, salt and pepper.
