The History Kid
I've been using MusicBee for playback of files stored on my computer. I like the program and will probably keep it, but I am considering a second program exclusively for FLAC (or for MP3, if Bee is decent). I'm seeing a huge increase in FLAC files on my PC, which seems to be handled better by HDMI than analog. Any suggestions on a good free piece of software exclusively for one or the other? The History Kid
I'll check out Foobar this evening. I seem to remember reading a lot of posts on here about it, now that I'm recalling better.
teknoid
I like VLC pretty well. It basically gives me a single app that plays music and video. Give it a look. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
Mallette
VLC for me as well. Small, no nags or ads, been around forever, plays anything but spreadsheets. Dave Edited February 3, 2016 by Mallette
The History Kid
I'll give these both a try, see which one that I like better of the two. Thanks for the recommendations, guys!
Wolfbane
If you are not playing DSD or DXD Files. You might want to consider Media Monkey. For free the price is certainly right.
