mustang guy
Have you picked out the kitchen design yet? I just finished a complete kitchen overhaul. It's the second time for me, and I still have a lot to learn. I was going for a French country kitchen look. The purple things on the wall above the stove are spacers. The tile wasn't dry yet. ricktate
I need to do this but not sure how to live without a kitchen for months not to mention the cost living on disability. Seems the sink is the hard part to live with out. I can eat rice every day no problem.lol Rick
JL Sargent
Hope you have a good wheelbarrow because there is some removal yet to do! Great project. I did the same 4 years ago.
mungkiman
It's also fun to finish projects. Hard to believe this is the same room:

derrickdj1
He must be the guy from Hometime. Give them a half hour and half a house can be done. The finish product looks great and it is always nice to see the before mess of things.
mungkiman
Here's a couple photos from before the mess even started. Functional, sure, but the new kitchen is a nice upgrade.
MookieStl
Did my kitchen just over a year ago. Started demo on Labor Day and finished just barely in time for Christmas. Way too long, but been done for a while now and was worth it. I had two sons living at home at the time. The week before demo started, one broke his collar bone and the other dislocated his shoulder and had to get surgery. I still think they faked it.
