Jeff Matthews
I just followed this recipe, using sliced beef sirloin, Anaheim peppers and jalapeno peppers. I added some minced ginger as well. If you like spicy stir-fry, with a twinge of sour (vinegar/wine) and sweet (a tsp. of sugar), OMG! This stuff was soooo.... good! Serve over white rice.
Jeff Matthews
Hint: Add the beef after the peppers have softened enough. This means when you pick up a slice of pepper and hold it on one side, the other side will sag a little bit.

Mallette
Try Serranos in place of the jalapenos. Making me hungry... Dave
BigStewMan
It does look good. Pretty sure the cow would disagree though
