Wonder how it would hold up to a T-bone crash with a 1973 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight on a Sunday afternoon cruise?

When I was 16-17, I was drilled in the rear-end of the '69 Ford LTD I was driving, by a 1971 Olds Ninety-Eight.

I was stopped taking a left turn off a major arterial, when he plowed into me at a good 45 mph.

Evidently, he didn't even see me. Because I didn't hear any brakes or tire squeal...I just seen lotsa stars!

The Olds had a mild scratches on the front bumper, the LTD was shortened a good foot...

Mike, you mention the old 98.  There was a man where I grew up.  He would go down the street to the phone booth to call his girlfriends.  His wife did not like what he was doing so, one day she got him back for it.  She drove the big Old's 98 down the street and ran over the phone booth.  He was in it, lol.  He lived but, did end up in the hospital.  Every time I think about what  she did, I get a chuckle.  I'm .
