But spending that kind of dough for a noise fix is just slightly extreme, especially if it's a placebo. What I do know is the first guy has a serious vinyl collection. How'd you like to be the neighbor of the second guy in that apartment? No thanks. But, in either case they're dedicated for sure. No new clothes for 15 years??
