They're in very presentable condition, especially considering their age. A few marks, none of which penetrate the finish. There is some sun fade on one side as clearly shown in the pictures, a recent chip about the size of a dime on one top and a very conspicuous stain on one grill. The driver complement indicates these are 1959-1961 production. Woofer is K 33-J (Jensen), K-55-V Midrange (custom built Atlas) and K-77 Tweeter (University SAHF, used till 1981 in the Cornwall). The previous owners (dec'd) name, CDL and SSN are engraved in the back. They sound great and are available for viewing in Mountain View. There is some flexibility in the price, and I'll consider a reasonable offer only after you've come to view them. Please include your phone number. Your email will receive a prompt response. Both actually, they had risers available for the wide side as well as the short.

I have heard other speakers with the mid-horn oriented in that unusual "vertical" position and they usually sound pretty good.

muel
That's from a 1968 brochure by the way.
Arrow#422
$342 in 1968 would equate to $2435 today. <add> Darn convertor wouldn't allow for a 2018 calculation.
