I prefer speaking in generalities because I think describing sound is like trying to describe the taste of different foods. How do you describe the difference between chocolate and vanilla ice cream? Also, people often use different words to describe the same thing. There is also the problem of using too many words, which I used to do. The hardest part is getting the old parts off. One of the really nice things about the Auricap is the lead length. You can see how advantageous that is for this kind of work.
