If you're going up there, be sure to check for Permafrost. There may still be a straggler or two around.

twk123
I grew up in Spokane and cant really see it as the type of place with a high end audio store aside from maybe a Magnolia HiFi at one of the Best Buys. I would definitely make the 20 min trip to the Couer d'Alene resort if your up there though.

The Couer d'Alene resort is fun to check out and the lake is beautiful. Also, RiverFront park is cool and the gondola ride over the falls is a worthwhile attraction. If you want some scenic views, check out High Drive and you can also drive up the hills over the Poulouse and the views are beautiful. Not saying this from experience but Spokane as well as Sea/Tac, Portland, SF, Asheville, etc. are "popular" with the hipster crowd and hipsters love their vintage everything. Nice folks. They did give me a recommendation for someone to talk to , which I did. Also a nice guy, might be a decent connection.
