dblue
Just posting to find out how many fellow console gamers we have. I've got an XBOX, PS2, and Dreamcast hooked up to Reference 3's all around, a Denon 2802, and an SVS Pci 25-31. My monitor is a Panasonic TAU 32' HDTV. The XBOX has many games with superior DD sound. Let's hear about some setups!! (gotta break in this section somehow!!)

Invidiosulus
I have a ps2 which I do most of my gaming on these days. I also had a dreamcast which I left with my little brother when I moved out to go to college. When it comes to racing games I tend to like consoles, but for First person shooters my PC definately wins out. I don't know how many late nights i've spent playing Starsiege Tribes. But now that i've moved out I really don't have that much time for gaming, I'm in school about 40 hours a week so i'm pretty busy. Peace, Josh

Cypress Hill
My Dad has the Pro media 2.1 and it sounds amazing when listening to mp3, movies or whatsoever! i'm planning on upgrading my sound too, but not for Mp3 but for my Console gaming{PS2} and sometimes DC, now i've heard that DTS should be really cool for ps2 games especially the game GTA:Vice City... my dad recommends me to get pro media , but does it support DD/and or DTS? i just have to know which sound setup i should get for my ps2... mpetrich
I play PS2 on my reference system. I love the bass thud when I really clobber someone playing Madden 2003, but I usually turn the game sound off and listen to the radio or something while I'm playing. Sad part is that I blew my wad on the reference system and receiver and currently am using the PS2 also as a cd player and dvd player!
