karlson3 Posted March 4, 2019 Share Posted March 4, 2019 glow -yes - those thin capacitor leads must get pretty hot - would you say there's about a foot or so total of cap leads? - are they ~20awg? - that'd be ~0.01 ohm. One thing I've seen actually glow bright are 212-2 mini incandescent light bulbs such as used as current limiters by Eminence on their generic crossover boards.
