Is there enough margin as to not have them hang over the edges? You may have to do a little grinding. I generally use #10 bolts or larger on woofers. Other drivers aren't so critical. DizRotus Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 This is has always worked well for me. Toothpicks dipped in Titebond are jammed tightly in stripped holes then allowed to cure 24 hours. Alexander Posted April 16, 2020 Author Share Posted April 16, 2020 Thanks gents, guess we will give the wood glue & toothpick method a go. As they say - start with the simplest solution first. The t nuts sound like a great way to go, just more work than may be necessary.
