Sidevalve
Bought a pair of matching numbers in oil oak. Sound really good till you give them a little volume then a slight buzzing in the tweeter of one of them. Looking to replace the tweeter or replace the diagram whatever I can find. Thanks' John

Looking to replace the tweeter or replace the diagram whatever I can find. Thanks' John I'd go with Crites titanium tweeter diaphragms maybe a little cheaper directly from his website. Crites also sells crossover parts if you want aftermarket or JEM is the place to go for factory replacements. I've purchased from Crites at least a dozen times and service and quality are always top notch. https://www.ebay.com/itm/203919444321?hash=item2f7a8bc961:g:cGYAAOSwHZdiYBLC https://critesspeakers.com/
AndreG.
I´d like to know too. The K86-K isn´t mentioned specifically on the Crites site, can one of the other listed diaphragms be used instead?
Peter P.
You sure the buzzing is the tweeter and not the cabinet? Glues and brads can loosen with age.

CD76TiM Titanium Tweeter Diaphragm - Pair - FREE US Shipping! – Crites Speakers (crites-speakers.myshopify.com) Bought a pair for kg1's last year. If you go this route, tell Michael what you have, imagine he will say this will work.
Sidevalve
The buzzing is just in the high frequency range on certain CDs ripped to flac files. The files play fine on my KLF 30s. I have already e-mailed crites no reply yet.
Sidevalve
Ordered the CD76TiM tweeters today. JEM did not have anything for the KG 1.5. I'll give an update when I have the tweeters installed.

Sidevalve
Got the Titanium tweeters today, easy install and a perfect fit. Much smoother highs and the frequency range seems extended. Very pleased with the upgrade. 2
