Amplification varies depending on your planned use for them. Wheather as music only or incorporated into a Home Theater setup. If you are interested in a music only setup, just post in the 2 Channel area and you will get a wealth of recommendations from tubes to some viable Solid State amps. dbflash Posted March 25, 2003 Share Posted March 25, 2003 Scott, The first thing I would do is install real binding post's. I would they rewire them. After you do the above and listen to them for awhile you could upgrade to the ALK crossovers. I went the other route and changed the crossovers out first. I still have not rewired them or added new binding posts. i did rewire my Cornwalls and added the posts. I do not see how I could improve them (the Cornwalls) anymore. Big improvement.
