Frzninvt
Ah! the old flip the air cleaner lid trick, I used to do that on my 1975 GMC High Sierra 4WD when I was a teenager so I could hear the Rochester 4BBL carburetor roar when I mashed the gas to the floor. It would not burn much rubber being a full time 4-wheel drive with power lock differentials. But if I removed the front drive shaft and put in HLock it would smoke the rear tires until you let off the gas. That was one mean truck, it had a custom front grill on it my father had made at a foundry with 1/2" steel and heavy angle iron and housed a 10,000lb pull Warn winch. That looks like a Dodge 318 so that must be from '77 Dodge Power Wagon with the rain catcher hood. All that work you did must have cost quite a bit even if you did it yourself and purchased the parts.
