sheltie dave
I just got word from New Orleans that Lily's boyfriend will be coming up the river next week to stay! Being somewhat conservative, we have talked to the boyfriend's family and all parties have agreed they need to get married. Lily is a birch blond with freckles, while her boyfriend is a tall dark mahogany stranger. He also is slightly older, being born in 1956, while Lily admits that she is also over fourty, with her naissance occuring in 1959. We have ordered cane cloth so they will wear matching cream and brown for their special day. The blushing bride has requested a small ceremony, so look for photos forthcoming in the forum. I hope no one is offended that a set of our speakers will be getting married, but it will be a civil service with no Heresys to be forthcoming. fini
I think prior to marriage, they should try and figure out when exactly each other were manufactured.
sheltie dave
In St. Louis, the most important aspect of your life is where you went to high school. It really blows peoples' minds when i say Peoria. With Tino manufactured in 1956 and Lilly in 1959, it would be very interesting to guess what was first played on each as well! HornEd
With a little "Pekin North" of the woofer, Lilly will prove to have "her" original sweet tweet intact. Looks like a timbre-match of her crossover is in order... and thereby hangs the tale. -HornEd
