Ki Choi
Try this link: http://shinallandcompany.com/ Are you aware of this company and obvious copy of Khorns selling for $3000 on Audiogon...? Ki
Istari
I'm quite sure that the patents have run out on the old Heritage line.
Professor.Ham.Slap
Yeah but still... There's a difference between variations and obvious knock-offs. Seriously, those are all absolute knockoffs (aside from the "mini K-horn with exposed woofers"). Even the Speakerlab K-horns have some variances. 3dzapper
I.m pretty sure that Klipsch still holds the trade-mark for the letter K in reference to horn loaded corner speakers. If they chose to they could rattle the trees and see what falls. Rick
J.4knee
Best option ...don't buy them.. Buy used or new but buy Klipsch!
MrMcGoo
I would not want to own a fake K-horn. I would always wonder where the corners were cut. PWK put a lot of skill and dedication into the perfection of the K-horn. The real deal is likely to sound better. Bill
Jim Cornell
I E-mailed the web page to Klipsch support, lets see what Klipsch says on this. Regards Jim
tripod
Click on the "About Us" link and you'll see that they even note that: "Shinall and Company will accept trade-ins for McIntosh Amplifiers, McIntosh Pre-Amps, McIntosh Tuners, McIntosh CD Players and Klipschhorn Speaker Systems as well as other Klipsch speaker models." I guess that helps them make more accurate copies without actually having to even buy the speakers first. Wow!
