I got some tutoring from both you and Kevin (CT) last year or the year before (has it been that long?!)on how to do it, but I just can't remember stuff like that! Sure! AndyKubicki
Erik, My vote is he should be the new mascott for RCA! PS- check it out Erik, after 30 years, my fav band has a DVD! http://www.gentlegiantmusic.com/ggm.html The quality is not too bad for 1974-75 material and there is just a touch of new material in the form of the short intro music and menu music!! 3dzapper
I take it you are broke again? How'd he do? Rick
Erik Mandaville
Hi, Andy: I will check that out for sure! Thanks! Rick: That picture was taken about 10 days after surgery. He did fine, but the first couple of days were harder this time. The ride home was not much fun, since the poor little guy was really hurting. You're right, our main extra expense right now has to do with the over time our AC compressors are putting in this hot and humid Houston summer. Thanks for asking! Dflip
Erik, you sure this isn't the new hearing aid you are thinking of marketing?
Daddy Dee
That Kiko looks like a little person in a dog suit! Glad to hear that he is doing o.k. He has just the right angle of cocked head for the RCA "He hears his master's voice" slogan.
Erik Mandaville
Thanks, Dee...for a couple of things today. Erik
Deang
Why would anyone do this to a poor defenseless animal? What is that thing anyways? Ha! It's a "Moondog"!
Bill H.
I remember the picture from eariler.............your so cute (expensive) member of the family...................Art Deco Dog!
Erik Mandaville
Our poor defenseless animal had just undergone rather traumatic hip surgery for the second time. We thought it better to use this specially designed collar than have him use his own teeth to remove his surgical staples -- which is what he was trying to do. These are called 'E collars,' which is the short version of 'Elizabethan Collar.' They are commonly used to prevent pets from aggravating-and-making-worse wounds, surgery incisions, etc.
Erik Mandaville
I agree, Bill. He is a cute little guy! To say he has been expensive is fairly correct, too -- but worth every penny and many more.
