greg928gts
Love the brown backs. Nice save Charles. We are lucky guys to have these vintage speakers aren't we? Greg
Frzninvt
Klipsch seemed to put lots of effort in the days of old. The backs were in really good shape with just a few minor marks but he repainted them so that they were perfect like the rest of the speaker. I am selling them Greg, want them? I have to pay for some Belle's in Derby, VT that I just struck a deal for.
colterphoto1
Did he repaint your vertical UP arrows also, or just edge around them? That is the EXACT brown that mine are. Tres funky color n'est ce pas? Hope someone here buys them. Hope you're not sorry you let them out of your life. I'm off to Hope in fact. Right now. See ya! Frzninvt
Michael, the arrows were untouched they are original, he painted around them with an artist's paint brush.

Frzninvt
They were on AudioGon for over two weeks and no one made him an offer. He was but a few miles from the Canadian border in Derby, VT. I knew I was on a trek when I passed the "pavement ends" sign and was mudding it in the back woods with my wife's minivan. The Belle's are a gorgeous Walnut but it is a lighter shade and has some fabulous graining. I got them for a good deal less than his advertised price. The ad is probably still up just marked "Sold" they are in my living now. Now way I am splitting them they are my rear effects speakers, just neatened up the 12ga wire he put in them with some nice gold spade lugs and put the solder terminal K-55V's and fresh gaskets in them. Next is the Auricap Theta treatment. They really nice, easily 8.5-9 out of 10 and that is being really picky, no veneer chips at all to speak of. I put up some photos in my am I crazy thead in Home Theater.
