colterphoto1
Brings up this question: Are church speakers better than those found in bars? Even just on a matter of particulate exposure, I would say yes. My original CW's had survived a house burning down around them. Dang things smelled like a campfire for about two years although I had all the drivers rebuilt. Must have been the 'tissue paper'! M
DrWho
At least use crappy caps so I can do something to them! Wot, you think something that expensive is gonna use a passive crossover?!? I'll put in a fake passive that even looks like it's connected to the speakers so you can modify all you want and not hurt the sound of my speakers [][]

Not if it's an Orthodox church. Or Maronite, or Melkite. A good Catholic church will have lots of incense as well. The one I attend does every week. But then, we only have two small speakers for a single microphone. The choir is unamplified.
