jackpod
Gilbert, That IS the McIntosh reference site. The more you browse the more you find. Roger is the greatest, we email on a fairly regular basis Jack
jacksonbart
I had no idea that Binghamton NY had anything going on.
rcarlton
A real wet place. Had some pretty bad floods a couple of months ago. The McIntosh factory was high and dry. Some employees were flooded out. Rogers website is terrific. Now if someone would do the same for Klipsch!
jt1stcav
Several years ago Roger and I also corresponded concerning various questions I had on my MC7200 and MC250 power amps...a great guy who'll spend the time to explain his answers in non-technical terms for simpletons like myself. Further into Roger's site you should see his own loudspeaker design, the IDS-25 fullrange columns: http://www.ids25.com/ ...and how it came to be the ideal loudspeaker design for Roger, right from the very beginning: http://www.roger-russell.com/columns/columns.htm
joshnich
I had no idea that Binghamton NY had anything going on. Home of McIntosh and it's also where IBM started. I used to spend summers there when I was a kid. My Mother and Father went to Binghampton high and my grandmothers lived there until they died a number of years ago. I havent been in a number of years and I imagine it's changed a fair bit since I was last there in 73 Josh

I was fortunate to hear Roger's IDS-25s at RMAF in Denver last weekend. A very good sounding speaker - the only convincing line array design I've heard. colterphoto1
Didn't we see/hear something like that at the audio emporium in Naples?
