coda
$155K with a couple of hours to go. anyone thinking of a last second snipe? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300054910309
Parrot
I'm willing to accept the idea that this auction is essentially bogus, that is, that the bidders are not serious. But what I don't understand is how it was set up. Sure, two or three guys could get together and decide to make a bogus bidding war, but this auction has dozens of different bidders. Is there a VU club somewhere and all its members decided it would be fun to have a bidding war? If so, what is the point exactly? It's interesting, but it's not actually funny. jheis
Going, going, gone. Sold for a mere $155,401.00. At least there is one less Warhol related POS on the market. Warhol was probably the most hyped/least talented "artist" of the 20th century. James

Parrot
One of the underbidders is bound to come through. The seller may have to go down $100,000 or so, but that'd still be a good profit.
