Pre-amp search is finally over

Congrats! Glad you found one local. Tough piece of glass to replace in case of a shipping disaster with all those touch switches. I had to do an MX130 once. The switches are held in place with small rubber o-rings from behind that tend to dry up from the heat and get loose. A quick trip to the local auto parts store and all was well.

Well, just got back, it's all hooked up, and playing away.

I want to thank everyone who responded to my questions over the last few weeks.

You folks were helpful identifying the scammers vs the legit sellers.

It's amazing, the many folks who are selling high ticket items who stop exchanging emails, once you tell them someone will be by to do an on-site.

They are chatter boxes when you talk price, and how to pay them....but things get quiet real quick if they think someone will be coming by to knock on their door.

I wonder how many of the addresses were actually cementaries, etc.

Well, how do you like it?

After a few hours of listening, I like what I hear so far.

I'm anxious to get some XLR cables and run these between my amp and pre-amps.
