Audio Flynn Posted April 4, 2007 Share Posted April 4, 2007 Sell a few pairs of speakers and buy some good gear and some good crossovers! I can't even listen to stock crossovers in my khorns anymore. Not even Bob's refurbished A/AAs. The good ones are just SO much better. You get what you pay for! He shoots......HE SCORES!!!!!! C'mon guys...given that we are all wackos compared to the population at large when it comes to audio I think it best to not criticize any man's obsession. I kind of think of Colter as the Indianapolis museum curator. Yes we are all whackos. Even Amy. Why would some sign up to oversee this "nut house"? ALK Jr. upgrade (thanks Dean!) to my Belles made them a life long constant in my 2 channel system. Caps can be of poor quality in the origoanl build and caps get old and perform poorly. A worthy consideration for any speaker over 15 years old. We got Old Buckster over to the bright side and we are seeing Colter succumb on a real time basis. I love meeting the coolest people from the Klipsch world. It's an open offer forum guys and gals.
