Coytee
the biography of these speakers will be such an intresting read....keep the facts coming. There was a rumor of a Klipsch employee jumping out of a cake in this very room, during a time where everyone else was in the cafe eating lunch. Only a few of us were there for the event. It was VERY hush hush. Of course, Amy had to find a plausable excuse to explain her absence so the story about her son being ill came about... oh wait... Am I allowed to say all of this? I lost my KHorn virginity to them.... ....They're the first KHorns I've ever heard. You will have a permagrin for the rest of your life once you get them under your control. Unrelated note to general forum public: Thanks to Rod (Sledge) Hammer of Klipsch so craftfully demonstrating the RF-83 HT at the Pilgrimage, I wasted no time and bought meself one pristine wonderful spankin new RC-64 center unit. Most scrumptious, if you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.

Coytee
just an example of the kind of thing that may or may not happen at a Klipsch Pilgrimage.... Merely folklore... this never actually happened. This story was made up to feed the trolls and feast they did! []
Mighty Favog
I still remember the first test song Jim played at that 07' Pilgrimage. It was Donald Fagen's "Morph the Cat". He played a couple of notes to cue teh CD player and I "Named That Tune" in 4 notes. The album had just come about 6 or 7-months prior. No you're probably not allowed to say all that.... like that's ever stopped you. LOL So that explains the cake crumbs in the hallway.... and I'm sure I heard somebody mumbling something about frosting in the 60th Anniversary's crosssover.
