Groomlakearea51 Posted January 18, 2008 Share Posted January 18, 2008 I've called Tech Support and Parts for several years now and I can say that the service is really the very best that I can ever recall. I understand that there were "problems" several years ago. Not No more. I've called with some strange questions, but in each and every instance, the reps have been really, really good (including that ole' dog Colter!!![6]). Really, Klipsch is a great model for how to handle technical issues and ensure support for products, especially the "old school" speakers. Try calling one of the satellite companies to ask a question, and see how you feel when you get off the phone, you wouldn't want your customers to go thru that.
