I think I have read everything there is to read on the '68 Convention and the riots, including the Chicago 7 (down from 8) trial transcripts and the Comission transcripts. I still find it one of the most fascinating chapters in American jurisprudence.

First, it wasn't recent, it was 15 or 20 years ago (B. Rex). Second, the scientist who found the soft tissue in the bones was published over 10 years ago. She appeared on 60 Minutes long ago and she was pretty clear that it won't effect the time lines at all, and it hasn't, . Third, where are you going with this?

We went to 40% a long time ago, dividing by 3 was just too difficult.
