I use the Panaflows in my QSC's also. You've got to have your ear right next to the amp to hear them. It's a great mod. I've got 3 done and one more to go. As far as the XLS amps go, they're a great bang for the buck amp. To me, they sound good up till you hit about 9/10'ths. Then they get a little harsh. The PLX2's never get that way.

I would have thought that they would not recomend the PFi as it has 4 high current outlets for power amps, which you do not need. Are you sure you didn't get the models confused?

This is the one I use. I run 4 pro amps, 4 disc players, my 60" plasma, a PS2, my pre/pro, a cable box and cable coax through it. It has a 12v trigger input that I use to power up 3 equipment cooling fans. It also has a progressive start up so that there's not a huge current draw when I power it up. It's on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. I really like it.

Don't waste your money on a 40" 1080p (vs 720p) set. That is unless you sit right on top of the screen. You'll never see the difference in a screen that size.

IMHO. I'd never buy anything but a plasma. Your research pointed you in the right direction. The Kuro line has an amazing picture that other screens can't match due to the fact that they can not reproduce as dark of a black as the Kuro's can. If you're like me and very rarely purchase a TV, save your money for a Kuro. I guarantee you won't be sorry.

They will power the speakers. Will they power the speakers loud enough for your room and listening habits?? Don't have enough info.

As a side note, I have the EP-2500 and used an adapter like Michael referred to, works fine and is a heck of a lot cheaper than the ART.

I've read somewhere that the Cleanbox rolls off lower frequencies, you may want to read up on it. There may be a mod to alter it, or ART may have fixed it by now, I don't know.

I had to use a longer cable because my pre/pro is in one room and my sub amp is in another.

2 months ago my credit card bill had a strange charge on it. There was a 260.00 charge from a sporting goods store in France. Seeing that my wife and I are the only ones with access to the card, it was obvious that it was a fraudulent charge. Luckily our credit card company jumped all over it. We've had the same card over 9 years and never paid late, so they hopped in our corner quickly. It's aggravating that these type of things happen, no matter what the outcome.

IMO GM has always done better than Dodge or Ford in the fuel economy arena.

The Chrysler engine is light years ahead of the Cadillac's. The advances in computer controls have made that possible. Back in the 4-6-8's day everything was run off vacuum and vacuum accuators. Engine management controls were in their infancy. Now everything is electronic. The Chryslers computer will turn off 4 cylinders by stopping oil pressure to 4 sets of lifters and "killing" those 4 holes. You can't feel it when it happens. The only way you can tell if something is happening is if you put a loud exhaust on a truck (with a Hemi) and it kicks in. It sounds like crap. With a stock muffler, it's undetectable.

Welcome to the forum!! You'll get the best HT bang for your buck with a center channel and subwoofer. Match your L and R's with your new center as your budget allows. Remember, your center channel will determine what your other ft speakers will be, so put some thought into it.

A "Vornado", they still sell them. They've been out long enough to be proven as useless. I'm sure sales are up.
