  1. Hello forum friends, I cant believe these are still for sale! what a bargain. Buy your wife, husband, neighbor, or friend a nice set of Black Oak K Horns for Christmas. Just my recommendation Take Care, Rich
  2. Hello forum friends, Yes coytee, I remember now that's the model number of the sub. I hope all is going well with you, And yes I was patiently waiting to see if anyone would notice my Polish ingenuity LOL using the Danley as a false corner it works well. Take Care, Rich
  3. Hello forum friends, Thanks again Schu for your help. The sub is a Danley I forget the model number. I was a kit that you ordered and built. I ordered one when they first came available for sale. It is the best sub I have owned to date. No it is not for sale sorry. The K horns are local pick up only, shipping would be way to risky for damage IMO. Thanks for the complements on the looks. Honestly I am VERY color blind and all the other colors of wood when I ordered them looked very bad to my eyes. All the speakers I own are black. I figured if I was going to put down the change and set and listen to them they had to look good in my eyes LOL. Take Care, Rich
  4. Hello Schu, I emailed the pictures to you. I appreciate your help. This forum is great. Thanks again, Rich
  5. I am selling one pair of 2007 Klipsch horns in black oak in excellent condition. They have been in storage for 3 years. I have them installed now. I called Klipsch to verify this is the current version with no changes that they are selling now. $3000.00 OBO. Local pick up only in Clarksville TN. I am new to posting pictures. It said they are too big for upload. Email me for pictures if you are interested. Take Care, Rich
  6. Hello Coytee and friends, I have used this very same product for my projector,( I was too cheap, LOL to run another HDMI through my conduit), works great no drop outs, hand shake issues etc Take Care, rmlowz.
  7. I was hoping you were close to pick up wishfull thinking LOL. I have been having horrible luck with UPS shipping (damage) this holiday season Cheers, Rich
  8. After I called Emotiva I figured this out LOL, I took my forum friends advice and bought a Pionner 1222k as a preamp, with the Crown XTi and Bob's cross overs and use the XPA-1 for the DAC. . This is the best sounding speaker system I have had to date.In the 24x 40 barn the speakers really open up. Compared to my 18x16 room in Austin Thanks again, Rich
  9. There is slight damage on both, moved here from Austin TX and good old Mayflower said I did not pack them right. One has been repaired by myself. Will supply pics of damage to serious inquiries only. In my opinion the damage was minimal. The speakers have less than 10 hours on them. They have been in a controlled temperature storage. 650.00 for the pair OBO Thanks, Rich
  10. Hello again, I did not answer one question about the crossovers. Bob Crites made me the cross overs they sound awesome. I did use two Crowns with the programs before I got the Crites Crossovers. Thanks, Rich
  11. Hello forum friends, I am very sorry about the late response, I have been out of the loop, Thank you all for your help. I have a Emotiva XDA-1 that I could use with the Crown. I was trying to do home theater- two channel, with what I already have without buying more. Glad you are still enjoying the 840e pzannucci. I still can blame you for getting me into this madness. After I bought your 1977 K-horns I have been trying to improve. I am stopping now though being what I call semi retired. LOL I will use the XDA-1 for now. When I get it all up and running forum friends are welcome to come over. Thanks again, Rich
  12. Hello Forum friends, I have a Denon AVR-891 that has no pre outs for an amplifier. Can I use the DVR out of the AVR and into the Crown amp. I want to have a two channel - home theater for my barn that I had built. I will have 4 mwm-s and the 402-69 horns and a KPT-684 for two channel. I havent figured out what other speakers I will have for the the home theater. Thanks for you help, Rich

  15. I bought this for my wife, It has been in the box for several years. I hooked it up and it works and looks in perfect shape. The warranty is not transferable, it still has two years on the warranty (new owner will hold the original receipt) I will help a forum brother if warranty is needed in the next two years. $ 650.00 plus shipping and fees.
  16. Hello I use a Dac Magic From Cambridge Audio. USB from the computer into the DAC analog out to my system it sounds great. Rich
  17. Hello Richard, Maybe I am being to picky but I wanted everything to be clean and painted up fresh. My compressor does not have an oilier. The woofers are made of paper I think. The surrounds are made up of it looks like rubber coated paper. I will try the stand back with the blower approach. Rich
  18. Hello, I should have my 4 MWM-S bass bins all painted by this weekend. The K43 woofers appear to be in good shape. I was wondering if it would be OK to clean them with a blower from an air compressor and to clean the woofer with a damp cloth? What do my forum friends think about this will the air or damp cloth damage the woofers? Thanks, Rich
  19. Hello forum friends, Quote: how does it compare against the dts 20? I used to own a DTS 20. I ordered one of the DTS10 today we will see how it compares in my room. Like others are reporting that it is better than the DTS 20. Cheers, Rich
  20. Quote :... I would like to hear someone's experience that has tried it using Klipsch speakers.... I have the Denon AVR-4310 the 4810s little brother. I have implemented the DSX Front wide speakers. They really add a nice what I call fill factor to the front sound stage. I would not want to go back to not having them. I have Klipsch speakers. Two JubScalasIIs for the left and right front, a LaScala II for the center and two 2008 Klipschorns for the rears. I also have four subs in the room two front, two in the back. For the wide speakers I am using a pair of the Klipsch AW-650 outdoor speakers in black. Everything blends well in the room. It is the best system I have owned by a long shot. I am in the process of restoring 4 each of the Klipsch MWM-S bass bins for the front. I will put my LaScala IIs in another room when I get them done. Rich
  21. Hello Coytee, Give me a call if you wish, I can help you with your design, as you know this is what I do for a living. It would be a lot easier over the phone. Thanks, Rich 512-627-3727
