I think with a decent sub, the crossover can be set high enough so the impedence drop wont occur....is that not correct? I mean if you set the rf7's at a 80hz crossover, arent they just acting like regular speakers that only go down to that frequency?

I am currently looking for a rotel 1075 for my rf7's for a nice home theatre setup. I currently am running a two channel rig with an arago 4004, would i really lose a lot by only having 125wpc? I dont want to downgrade!

I have the power (you could say) of picking this up for 40 dollars. Is it worth more than that? I guess i just want to make a profit...

So between the rb5-ii and the rb35, I can notice no sonic difference? What about the rb3 and rb35?

I have got the upgradees. I currently am running a 2 channel setup (listed in avatar) and am considering finishing up the home theatre (as long as the 'finishing' lasts). Should i look for an aragon 8008bbx3 for the front array and move the 4004 to the back? (1000 cost) or Should i sell the aragon and buy a b & k 5 channel 7250 for 1500? or A Rotel 1095 as my power amp? (net cost - 800 after i sell the aragon) next consideration: Buy a pair of rb5's for the rear and a rc7 for center? Or something else? The rb5's seem to be the best deal in terms of cheap, awesome sounding bookshelves... So what do the veterans of the klipsch forum suggest? THANKS!

Before i had a chance to get a proper amp for my rf7's, i hooked them up to my pmu...they sounded great! the amp is the plate, the sound card/control pod acts more like the preamp in this case...
