<Mike engage brain before speaking> I am assuming that you have both a High Definition DTV receiver and High Definition TV, if not what DTV receiver and TV do you have?
Will you always use your CS-700 to listen to TV? Does DirecTv reveicer have component out? If yes to both then use component (red/blue/green) from DTV to CS-700 and either coaxial or optical from DTV to Klipsch (you MUST use one of these two to get surround sound). See step 3B (use connection 3B or 3C) of your instructions. Connect CS-700 to TV via HMDI (CS-700 to TV via component will also work but no audio to TV with additional wiring from DTV to TV.
Phono cartidges can be divided into 2 groups; low output and high output. Anything less than 2.5mV = low (LOMC or low output moving coil); above 2.5 mV = high (HOMC: high output moving coil or MM: Moving Magnet). Looks like you C34 has a phono stage that accepts MM/HOMC. Now I don't know what your GRado is for sure but I THOUGHT all Grados were LOMC. If all I have said is true you need to get a LOMC phono preamp (or phono stage; same thing different name) and plug it into an AUX,TAPE, etc on the C-34 OR you can get another cartridge with higher output and use the phono stage in the C34. Third possibilty is the Grado is HO and I full of it.

Goes without saying how I feel. What A school? Has he considered volunteering for aircrew?
Jet mech myself. Door gunner, Search and Rescue swimmer and flight engineer; all in my younger days. What happens on liberty stays on liberty, Mom doesn't need to know any more!
I wish you luck with the sell but if you still have it for rent, we are looking to take the kids to Disney World for the first time later this year perhaps a deal could be worked.
Two, no three things Bob.
One d*mn nice job and speedy as well.

The room is has quite a bit of acoustic treatments, I certainly can remove a few from the walls or ceiling and take another shot. I simply researched the materials, built so 2x2 and 2x4 panels and hung them in suspected reflection points. Loaded 3 of the 4 corners up with bass traps.
eh, peel the label off the scotch bottle, damp (dampen, increase wetness, whatever) with cigar butt saliva and stick to wall of speaker. Inside/outside your choice. Several layers improve the sound or decrease your attention to detail. Wanta ride to TN?
Sorry, can't help except with the material used to damp car body interiors.
Chris, let me know the time frames on your trip. I'm still begging for permission and IF I get this*&^&%$%^*&^%$# airplane fixed by tomorrow night I might drive up to Coytee's.
I wasn't poking fun at the typing, just wondering where you would find a corner outside in a round world so as not to have any 'influences'
If I have to explain the joke, I can't tell'em OK, keeping my day job.
send a shout out to forum member badmodemfinger I just shipped him some Chorus IIs and put both copies of the "manuals" in the shipment; forgot to keep a copy for my Quartets. You're not missing much but he manuals cover several models.
