  6. Your ad says Legend series, correct me if I am wrong but would that not be The KLF series? and if so are they 10's, 20's or 30's? Thanks, Ed
  7. Prefer local pick up in MA Excellent condition $200 or BRO
  8. That is what I am going to do, but the spot for the surrounds is a bit tight for the 20's
  9. My surround system is KLF-30's in the front, 20's in the middle and I need 10s for the surrounds still!...... I have a KLF C-7 to trade or a pair of KLF 30's I would trade with some cash or gear back to me with the 30's and I could add something with the c-7....either way, Ed
  10. Hey for $500 I have a pair of LaScalas! I bought them in Maine like10 years ago, they could go home!

  19. The kg 5.5 may be close to the klf 10, but I have 20's and 30's and I had 5.5's and they are not anywhere as good as the 20's Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  22. I prefer Sansui, I have a au-999, a G-9000, a G-9700, an au-517, a 9000z and a QRX 9001 had but sold a g-8000, 8-4700, Z9000 and a 9090 The only one I didnt care much for was the 9090, maybe it was the one I had but it sounded a bit darker and less detailed to me. I picked up a Pioneer sx1250 and very excitedely had it completly restored, the deluxe restore, everything including the big caps! Hated it, thought it was gonna be my main system but got rid of it quickly, it didnt have the high end detail the Sansuis have, the guy who restored it liked it, said it had a lot of Bass so I traded it to him. I suppose if you like the 9090 you would like the pioneer, kinda similar, just my 2 Cents...someone else will suredely think exactly the opposite! Ed I have a guy at work whos dad has a 780, very unreliable apparently...I have had it fixed for him twice, and from what I hear its nothing special.
  23. I have 2 pairs of these, 2 way is fine and active xover is definitely the way to go, so much easier ( and cheaper) and adjustable to your ear in place after set up. I have one pair set up in the garage and a second pair I am upgrading the drivers to faital and am planning on mounting on klipschorn bases. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
