    I have 2 choices of which source to run through -CD/DVD player or Ipod. Not sure which will be the best choice, any thoughts?

    I know it's not the same as having a tube preamp or amps but think it might be close to a tube cd/dvd setup. I've heard nothing but good things about this unit. Fingers crossed. : )

    Just ordered from pacificvalve and electric with the 2 tube upgrade for $219.00 . I'm pumped to try this in my system, I've heard nothing bad about the model they sell. Anybody else have this one too?

    yes, the interview parts are much lower in volume than the music. But if you turn it up durring the interview the music is perfect. Thats why it says "PLAY LOUD" at the start.

    Ok, old post, new topic, similar subject. I have read that some people w the JBL PB12 have had problems. I have not but on a scale of 1-10 how does it rate with other 12in downfireing subs. thanks : )

    edit- pipe mix under skin of the breast. also season bird however you like(sage,s&p,butter) this mixture realy helps keep the breasts moist.Kind of like a turducken w/o the duck&stuffing layers.

    New recipe. blend 2# chix breast&thigh in processor w 1egg &1/2 c. heavy cream. season w salt&pep. saute&chill 1c fine dice mushroom &fold in. pipe mix under skin of turkey & roast as normal. awesome!

    Amy, we have gone to Pittsburgh for the holiday.about an hour into our drive yesterday my 8 yr. old son asked if we had the movie w us. We of course forgot it,but hit blockbuster and it was in, yeaaa.

    Yes, just know it will tenderize and add moisture, so you may want to cook a little longer than normal. Also white wine is nice in a turkey brine. don't forget fresh sage & bayleaf in it when smoking.

    also just too be clear I ran my rc-35 only on the denon and it ended up w a blown tweeter. I know the denon has more power on paper but could I hurt the cornwalls( is the denon a turd)

    I have edited my first post, my dennon is an avr-685. so am I safe to use either reciever w/o hurting the cornwalls? HK/avr125 or Denon avr685
