  1. A ha!!....... Knoxville & Jacksonville.........country livin' & city livin, the perfect mix!!! At first I was a little bewildered at the 4 movies in 10 years,...... now i'm just jealous.
  2. I'd like to see this also with my nephews....... My nephews 12 & 15 are total gun nuts. Every movie I watch with them they play the who can name the gun on screen first game, and it's quite impressive. My sister keeps asking me if it's normal for boys to like guns that much.....of course it is.....I say aloud, but in my mind i'm thinking, wait till they get older Hehe.................. ................COYTEE........"4 movies in the last 10 years" ....that seems crazy to me, I usually go twice a week.

  4. A road trip with a shoe show is always better than one without..........A "shoe show"....that took me a minute, Ha,ha.
  5. I love soundtracks, thanks for the reviews. Hans Zimmer ,John Williams, Howard Shore are of my favorites, how could they not be. The last soundtracks I purchased were TRON(2010) and Scott Pilgrim vs The World. I was in a elecTRONic mood for some reason, but I also got Zbigniew Preisner's: requiem for my friend, not a movie but he has done quite a few soundtracks , and i like this very much, try to find a sample of it somewhere I think you will like it. Mostly voices and strings with an organ in part 1, it's slow and very beautiful, that pretty much sums up the albuml. Part 2 takes it up a level with more intensity and volume(bigger compositions) with more horns and woodwinds still slow paced but powerful..........I'm listening to it while i type and i forgot how good it is, I really like this album.
  6. The best music of the whole night was played through the "in memory" part where they played excerpts of music from all the people who had died in the music industry this year. Most of the awards are going to people who are all about dazzling the crowd with their showmanship instead of musicianship. I did not see or hear one person that made me say WOW at how amazing their song was!!!!...........oh thats not true Paul Mcartney and Stevie Wonder.........and Stevie only played harmonica for like 10 seconds and had the entire crowd clapping in time with him. I mean shouldn't they be showing amazing musicians, i mean it's the grammy's. I didn't see one amazing bass player, guitarist, drummer, violinist or any other player, friggin come on, gimmie ONE!!!. We are supposed to be celebrating the best musicians on the planet here aren't we............................well obviously NOT.
  7. MADE IN AMERICA!!!!! ................. sniff, sniff, your damn right ! !
  8. This has to be costing newegg a TON...........Glad to read you finally have one Bubo!!!!!!!
  9. Shumi was so selfish to a point it was almost childish, worst loser EVER, but he was also one of the most excited driver's to take the podium each time he won. Every time he won he was completely elated. You would think with all the races he has won he would begin to expect to win, but I never saw that in him. I am very happy to see him in the car again, as he still makes for a very exciting driver to watch. Vettle seems like a very capable driver, when he won Monza in the rain(pouring rain) a few years ago, that was an amazing piece of work as a driver and brought in the spotlight. After that he just started to command. Still waiting for Webber to take a championship, when he spun last year in the rain at silverstone I was tottaly deflated. but i think because of Vettle's talent, Webber will always be a tenth behind in the race also Vettle will always get the better equipment. ...............sardines,crackers, and tobasco.........YUK!!!.......though for some strange reason it smells like freedom. AHHHH camping.
  10. 45 min from the Circuit of the Americas, at least i think that's what they are calling it. Wish i could be there, i'd camp for like a month before that race just so i wouldn't miss one lap of practice. Listening to one car on the track is amazing especially when there is not alot of people or other cars around to keep the noise down. Hearing the sound reflections of an F1 engine screaming to 18,000 rpm bounce through the trees and buildings around you, man i'm getting goose bumps.
  11. I'm always in awe of the amount of input from the driver to the car on the inboard shots of rally, and the car control is just, what can u say, it's just spectacular to watch........................... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hax4Lf7GtVg
  12. I could watch vintage racing footage 24/7 love the old stuff. Love to go see the historic race cars. i have one video on you tube just type AUDI DIESEL GOOD SOUND and look for the sunset picture, it's from Sebring 09............just posted it, I have tons of racing footage i'm uploading, keep an eye out. it's all recorded on a super cardoid stereo mic and a canon hd20 camera. It's a little shaky at first..........very hard camera to keep steady picture. My channel is............TheAudioAndroid
  13. I always had a deeper interest in F1 than any other racing growing up. As i got older my love for race cars and the engines that powered them just became a total obsession. If it has an engine that sounds amazing i don't care what the hell their doing with it. If they put them in gigantic trucks that drive over cars and launch 40 feet in the air( IF YOUR WITH GOOD FRIENDS ANYTHING IS FUN), if they drive circles in the freaking dirt or if they put 8 hemi's on a damn tractor just to see how far they can pull a really heavy load as far as possible(just a small list of what i think are useless motorsports, but quite fun to be involved with) Really it's the engineering I'm in love with. I have been to the 12 hours of Sebring for the past 6 years, and believe me the part I love most about going to all these events is the pit/paddock especially at Sebring, I like to see how their built and LISTEN to them run.I usually try to talk to the drivers or mechanics/engineers and try to stay away from the crowds, because most of them are just plain nuts or drunk usually both. The best part of nascar is how much the grid changes every lap it's actually quite exciting to me now, i used to hate nascar and i do mean HATE. Even the paddock at a nascar event sucks, and the bleachers, the bleachers, don't even get me started, i just keep walking around I never sit at a race any race and never at a nascar event. i usually don't watch nascar, but if i turn it on i usually won't turn it off till race end, the racing just sucks me in, and it's always the only racing on............................ Speed channel needs more variety, please Speed channel give me more variety PLEEEASE ..................there is so much more racing around they world that is so much more interesting than god damned nascar. even though i'm kind of a fan. I'M JUST A RACING FAN I CAN'T HELP IT.
  14. I really hope the track in Texas is up to snuff with the rest of the F1 circuits. The pictures i've seen for the build plans of the central complex and surrounding buildings are a little ummmm....simple for a F1 circuit, but the real proof will show in the track layout and how much the drivers like driving it. I have no doubt the crowd will be huge. P.S. What a pair indeed he will always be remembered as one of the best, great video.
  15. Merry Christmas Amy and congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!
