I would think you have way more than enough power. Klipsch are known for their high efficiency meaning it doesn’t take a lot of wattage to drive them. I’ve heard very large Klipsch speakers from the Heritage line that would run you out of the room with a 30 watt tube amp. That’s like 15 watts per side. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You might try searching for a John Allen HPS-4000, almost exactly the same as Heresy ones. Same tweeter and midrange horn & driver a beefier woofer (closer to Heresys II) different crossovers, and MDF not plywood. I have three of them left, right and center. They sound amazing. They came out of a commercial theater. My understanding is they were made by Klipsch for John Allen in the eighties. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I wear ReSound I have hearing loss in the 4000 to 8000 kHz range. They help me hear consonants in speech, and hear highs much better. They help me hear cymbals and etc. That I can’t hear normally. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have both, Klipsch Hersey's (3 across the front) and Forte's, I run a newer Denon AVR with the Herseys and a Klipsch 12 sub, Klipsch for rears, all for movies. The Herseys set upside down on top of my Forte's except for the center one it sets up right on top of my sub. For my Forte's I only used them for 2 channel vinyl and CD's, I run an late 70's - 80's SS Denon amp/preamp with them. Both set ups sound amazing. I have the Forte's I many say the bass on the II's is better than the ones. But I've found a lot of that has to do with room placement. Mine are about 15" - 18" from the rear wall sounds very nice. There's plenty of bass, sometimes it sounds as if the sub is on, but it's not even connected to that amp. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Depends how far you're running the speakers. But 16 gauge should be fine unless you're running 20 plus feet. Just get lamp cord works great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have the Fortes and not the Choruses haven't heard any Choruses in a very long time. But the Heresys are brighter sounding then the Fortes in my opinion. Which is why I prefer the Fortes for music, plus the Fortes have a better overall frequency more low end than the Heresys. But with the Heresys I use a subwoofer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No I don't run them at the same time. I have an older solid state Denon amp for music to the Fortes. And a newer Denon AVR receiver for the Heresys and movies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have a small home theater room. I have a pair of Fortes' I but I only used them for music (vinyl & CD). On top of them I have a pair of Heresys, upside down so that the tweeter/midrange are at ear level sitting down, I have an RWD 12, sitting in the center with another heresy (center speaker) sitting on top of it right side up, which makes all the highs at about the same level. These are for watching movies. It works great! Sitting down you really can't tell whether the sound is coming from the Heresys or the Fortes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I thought if you use pure direct, it by passes the sub out. It does on my AVR Denon. I run a Denon AVR for my 5.1 and a separate 2 channel older Denon solid state amp with phono for separate speakers for vinyl and CD. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would love to have the quartets but I live outside of St. Louis and Boston is a long way away! I would like my fronts to be two quartets L & R and a Hersey II for center, I already have a RSW 12d that works great. And I would use KG.2 for rear.

Have you heard the in ear Reference s4i's? How do they sound.

I have been a Klipsch fan for over 30 years. My whole home setup is Klipsch Reference,, even my iMac speakers are Klipsch Pro-Media 2.0. Yesterday I purchased some Image s4i for my iPhone 4/iPad. I purchased them at Radio Shack they were marked down 47%. I put them in to my iPhone and played some music from my Pandora account and was very disappointed in there sound! They were extremely harsh and tiney sounding. I took them back immediately. I had owned some Bose in earbuds they sounded awesome. But they wore completely out, wires broke and etc. Did I not give them time to break in? Is there other silicone ear pieces that help to increase the bass, and cut down on the tiness sound? Terry

I had an RC 35 as my front center flanked on either side by RF 25's and it always seemed to me that the center was not as clear or bright as the front's. I kept having to turn up the volume of the center to hear vocals clearer, voices all seemed a little muddled. I had read on other post of the same problem. So I sold my RC35 on ebay and purchased a RC25. I must say that the RC25 is so much clearer and brighter. Though it doesn't have the low end the rc35 did the highs and mids seem to match my rf25's so much better. Just thought I would put this out there for those wondering about the difference in the two. So far i'm really happy with the rc 25. Maybe someday I can upgrade my whole system to an rc 64 series. : ).

I've decided to sell my RC 35. I don't play my system real loud as my wife doesn't like it too loud. I have the RF 25 fronts, the RC 35 center and RS 3II's as surround. The center has never seemed as clear or clean as the other speakers. It really sounds muffled. I've tried most of the suggestions on this form and still the same. The RF25s sound so much clearer and cleaner. So many times when watching TV its hard to hear the voices real clear. Now I need some suggestions on what to go with for a different center. One that would match the tremble of the 25's better. Would that be a RC25 or something else? Would e RC 3 or 3 II's be a good match. Since we don't listen real loud I need good clarity at a lower volumes. The low end doesn't concern me too much as I use the 80hz setting and set all my speakers to small with my RW 12D. Thanks for any advice. I don't have a real big budget.

What is a good slept up for center speaker? I have a RC 35 with RC25 fronts. But the 25's sound so much clearer and brighter then the center? Does the the RC52 give a cleaner/brighter sound? Terry

I would love too. That's probably what I'll try to get me for Christmas! So until then I'll just have to live with it. It works great just don't have the clarity the others do.
