i to have noticed a diffrence in the sound of my rf62s when biwired.I know that is differnt from biamped but just the same there was truely an audable differance.I am using a marantz sr6005 with audioquest type 4 cable to the tweets and cheap monster cable to the woofers,cd is a marantz cd5003 with audioquest interconnects ,sounds fantastic.

i like both allthough if i had to choose my favorite it would be cd.could be because ive got more invested in digital than analog equipment wise and product

im in the same boat as well but my record collection gets bigger by the weekend. ive got a pioneer pl 300 and audio technica phono amp and cartridge about 100 dollars in the whole setup which by the way sounds fantastic.

i thought about the nad but wound up getting a marantz sr 6005 and love it. heard that nad is a great match for klipschs thats the key to make these great speakers reach their potential

just went from a yamaha rxv663 to a marantz sr6005 via onecall.com and holly crap what a differance this is the best purchace other than my audioquest q4 speaker cable ive ever made

couldnt have said it better myself give me the warts and all ,when you own horns you figure out what sounds good and what sounds like crap,Its a hell of a lot cheaper to buy good music

ya know i have to agree ..... thought about er ummm selling my rf 62s, but every thing ive read and i mean not heard says that every other speaker im intrested in has its own flaws.i guess what im sayin is well by gollie i love my klipschs...... there i said it.

welcome newbie , good choice on the rf82 ive got 62s and lovem. Contrary to popular belief klipsch speakers really benefit from a good power supply.Im running a marantz sr6005 and it sounds great ,dont know what youre budget is but there are some great deals out there. One call is were i got mine also audioadvisor .com is another great source( they can tell you what will work with the 82s) also note that room treatment will also make youre speakers sound better i.e. rugs, shelves with stuff , curtains etc. enjoy

i tried yamaha ..... nice unit but didnt match the klipsch sound (to much of a good thing} in the end i went with a marantz sr 6005, got online at onecall for650 bucks.it was 1000

i had a upa 2 and liked it considerably but if i had the cash i would get the parasound. Dont let anyone tell you that there is no differance in the sound of amps
