  1. The founder of Classic Album Sundays, Colleen Murphy, has actually been using K-Horns for personal use and for these listening sessions (different locations). We just didn't know about it! Each La Scala will have a SW-115 with it, so there will plenty of bass. 2 La Scalas. Audio Menu installed by Stuarts Audio in addition to the Klipsch La Scalas: Rega Apheta MC Cartridge, Rega P9 Turntable, McIntosh C2500 preamplifier, McIntosh MC452 power amplifier, Audioquest Interconnects and cabling
  2. Unfortunately, not in NYC. We are using Stuart's Audio out of Westfield, NJ which is about an hour out if I remember right. You never know, though. If this really catches, maybe we can attract a dealer in that area. Heritage Series products seem perfect for the massive vinyl-fanbase NYC has.
  3. Not sure if any of you got wind of this yet, but Classic Album Sundays is putting on monthly listening sessions with Klipsch La Scala speakers in Brooklyn, NY at the Baby's All Right night club: http://www.klipsch.com/Classic-Album-Sundays-Press-Release Classic Album Sundays is a really cool organization that shares the stories behind noteworthy albums and orchestrating in-depth vinyl listening sessions for fellow music enthusiasts. In other words, this is an event made for audiophiles by audiophiles. The first Classic Album Sundays event at Baby’s All Right is Sunday, May 11 at 4 p.m. and will highlight Neil Young’s landmark 1972 album “Harvest”. If you love music or simply just want to check out the La Scala speakers in-person, this is a great place to do it. It's probably the best demo opportunity you could ever get. For tickets & more info, go to http://www.ticketfly.com/event/562037-classic-album-sundays-neil-brooklyn/ Big shout-out to Stuart's Audio for doing the install: http://www.stuartsaudio.com/
  4. Yes, indeed. It would be great to get the content in advance of the blog launch, so we can plan out the posts on our end and let y'all know when they will go live. But, really, that actually doesn't matter too much. We just want the blog to be interesting and not just another corporate blog.
  5. Honestly, we haven't made that call yet. We'll see! ...Why not just give us some blog content and get one for free?
  6. I'm not Chad.... If you have a higher res (under 10mb) just shoot it over to alex.leopold@klipsch.com
  7. Just respond to this thread with the photo and answers! If you are uncomfortable with that you can always email alex.leopold@klipsch.com! The blog is not yet live...We just want to have tons of awesome content ready for it.
  8. Amy and I found a bunch of the 65th Anniversary Klipsch posters (only 500 ever made) in a backroom and thought y'all might like to snag one! Of course, nothing in life is free, so we have a request from you in order to receive a poster... As you may have heard through the rumor mill, we are launching a new all-encompassing Klipsch Blog and we are looking to score some really great content for it. That's where you come in! To snag one of these posters, we are requesting that you write a blog post about your Klipsch setup in the following format. Here we go... MAIN PHOTO: We will only accept high-res photos for this so please do put some effort into the photos. We really cannot accept low quality photos with the way the blog is going to be setup - highly visual & landscape. WHEN/WHY YOU FIRST HEARD OF KLIPSCH: Just write about how you first came into contact with the brand. WHERE & WHERE YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE: THE SETUP: Discuss how you went about setting up your system and what you use it for. MAIN SPEAKERS: What model they are and why you selected them CENTER CHANNEL (If applicable): What model it is and why you selected it SURROUNDS/BOOKSHELVES (if applicable): What model they are and why you selected them SUBWOOFER (If applicable): What model it is and why you selected it RECEIVER: What model it is and why you selected it AMPLIFIER (if applicable): What model it is and why you selected it MEDIA CABINETS (if applicable): People sometimes like to know what media cabinets you're using. ANYTHING ELSE?: I obviously don't know everything that people would want to know about this kind of thing, so if you have suggestions that would make sense, lemme hear them! First...hmm...let's say 10 people to do this will snag a sweet 65th Anniversary Klipsch poster! Thanks, everyone EDIT: Just post your answers to these questions below or, if you find that uncomfortable, shoot an email to alex.leopold@klipsch.com
  9. Hey everyone, we are desperately looking for a Klipsch "Hobbit" La Scala t-shirt that we gave away back in the 1970s. If you have one that you would be willing to part with, please email alex.leopold@klipsch.com I have a bunch of Klipsch goodies I can give you: headphones, t-shirts, stickers, etc!
  10. Just so I can be annoying...Gmail added categorization a couple months ago. Primary, Social and Promotions.
  11. The STATUS Headphones are also available from Klipsch.co.uk which is, of course an authorized dealer: http://www.klipsch.co.uk/klipsch-status-on-ear-headphones-with-mic-and-3-button-control-black.html
  12. Hey everyone, We are running a Q&A right now with Klipsch Industrial Designer Scott Smith. He is specifically talking about the Jamo Torsten in the Q&A but he is more than willing to answer your general questions as well. Scott is involved heavily in almost all KGI passive speaker designs. The Q&A is running on the Jamo Facebook page: https://www.facebook...&type=1 If you have a Facebook account, please ask the questions there. If not, fire them away right here in these snazzy new forums and we'll make sure Scott gets to them!

    Image X7i

Very disappointed to hear you had issues again. We appreciate your business and hope we can get it back. I only found one similar post in the forums and their issue was resolved. The other post was your first one.
  15. They are acoustically equivalent to the Image S3.
  16. They will work as basic basic stereo headphones. Are you asking whether they accept/end calls as well via the remote? The X10 also comes sans remote if you don't want any superfluous expenses for your needs.
  17. And now we are down 8%!!!!! Help us out, Klipsch Nation!
  18. If you are in the US, I recommend both of you calling 800-KLIPSCH or emailing support@klipsch.com and customer service will be able to assist you.

    S4 II changes?

Physical design, improved durability, flat cables, and improved microphone are the main differences. I was also told that some of the very high-end has been cleaned up. 99.999999% of users will never notice.

  23. Roy Hibbert, the starting center for our hometown Indiana Pacers, will be taking over the @KlipschAudio Twitter account on Monday, March 4 from 1-3pm ET! Pacer fans and Klipsch customers are welcome to ask Roy anything they would like. Simply follow @KlipschAudio and tweet us a question including the hashtag #AskRoy. Roy will be giving away Image ONE Bluetooth headphones to four random participants as well as four pairs of autographed shoes! If you are not available between 1-3pm ET on Monday, you can tweet your questions to @KlipschAudio in advance. Just make sure to use the hashtag #AskRoy. This is going to be a whole lot of fun, so even if you don't like basketball, hope on Twitter and participate in the chat. Ask Roy about his favorite type of music, what kind of speaker setup his looking for, etc and you just might walk away with some free Image ONE Bluetooth headphones!
