    ISO Cornwalls

His call sign here is @Paducah Home Theater now. You can pm him, go to his website and view stuff. Think just hovering over it with your cursor can lead you there. Great person to deal with, and if you are even slightly affected by the Klipsch bug you could find yourself a repeat customer!
  2. Watched a few of "The Saint" from before I was born when I wasn't sleeping good a few months ago. It's on the roku channel, intelligent cutesy stories, snappy jazz background music. It is a time capsule of sorts. Also it's a sad comparison with society/tv today, and streaming choices!
  3. Morning @wuzzzer First Discogs, then AcousticSounds for me. The sellers at discogs have had a slowdown this year like most retailers. Out of more than a dozen sellers I only ran into one bad one, most are good honest folks there! I've recognized a greater willingness to negotiate in a couple of them if I put more items in the cart this year!
  4. We barely won this past weekend. First comeback by my team I've seen in years! Even if we win with sheer will we will get bumped from the top soon. They loathe the program the Tigers have accomplished and built doing it the right way. Cue the Metallica: "So What" Defenseman Skalski has been as important as sunshine has been for us and I'm not sure but think he's out for the coming game again. MI? don't think they can get better with a new coach, once the strings are on his arms and legs he'll be the same as the last coach. Do they ever go outside and look back at their mess from across the street?
  5. A Yamaha Fazer back in about 1995. Not sure if it was stock or not, looked wicked cool with the Ram-Air intakes. The slightest flinch or I envision a sneeze while riding... just created instant massive torque output. Power was really nice, but having never really ridden before I went with something more tame and a hundreds less, a burgandy`84 Honda V-65 Magna.

    Fresh start

@jason str Wish you the best man! And all those things to do... hope they occupy any spare time and satisfy!
  7. Ok Mike, I thought Rob's tats looked too shiny the other day! This is for them!
  8. TELL IT: Van Morrison!!
  9. Geeze. Anybody watch this one? https://twitter.com/champton85/status/1322711727398658050
  10. Watching predatory birds fly is something magnificent to me! Saw Bald Eagles in central FL but never here!
  11. Fripp & his wife like to have fun! What the heck, need some tunes to do chores to, having second coffee just now. First was at 4:30 with the old time today. Not as clean an LP as most of the others, but still good enough that I can play this one!
  12. Those Eagle shots are fantastic @JL Sargent Reminds me of Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom stills or National Geographic! Haven't seen ours recently, they are brown like in the pic. The neighborhood Red-Tails were out soaring all around when the remnants of the TS came by here a few days ago.
  13. I'm a fan but if you'd read everything I've written here about them this year? DJ U. did better today, better than his other outings this year. You'd see I'm not having high hopes of another undefeated regular season. They have looked invincible in a couple recent years and actually have been before. Just not this group unless they tighten up A LOT!
  14. An Iridescent Motown Record! Like It Should Be
  15. Downright scary seeing that red car drive down the "wrong" side of the road! But wouldn't be as scary as the off-roading when I rode in that MG with a 302 and straight pipes pried into it!!
  16. That's the same one that made it into a pic a couple years ago here. Now? Plastic with deficit spending abilities. Allstate? As a whole, a very good company and policies. Like anywhere now-a-days you have to finagle correctly when making adjustments. Due to being flat-out lied to by an entity I consider hostile now, I had to wrangle a new method of maintaining the home insurance policy that was opened in Oct of `65. It had been due in full this week but I managed to reduce the 11% interest impact on a c card by spreading it out. SS only goes so far and I've rehashed my budget several times since the summer. "Like butter scraped over too much bread." *Bilbo Baggins That was my frustration this week, getting that allowed by headquarters after getting the long tenured lady at their local office enlisted on my behalf! That plus the freakin' leaves, laundry that did not stop occurring yet, missing my immuno & hypertension Rx Thurs am, past couple days have been uncomfortable. On the bright side I have one more grilled brat left with my browned kraut / onion mix for the game today, must have eaten five since Thurs evening!
  17. Next Up: DJ Uiagalelei https://247sports.com/Player/DJ-Uiagalelei-45573350/ Would be a shame if sunshine missed out on the Heisman due to the wuhan plague. Hindsight is easier when I'm not a young strong buck anymore. Damn Trevor saw you on tv lots without a mask the last couple months!
  18. Good pics the last few days here. Looks like Bike Week at the CC&C! Certainly am glad that that great 84 I had wasn't boxy like all the good street bikes in the 70 seemed to be, I'd forgotten how much so. Week 9 is up for College Football. Getting in gear right now! Y'all be Well & Safe if you venture out tonight!
  19. Another of the "Greats" gone from us this year! He played in some other movies since he was the epitome of 007. Even aged as he has been in some other decent flics. The Highlander, that one Indiana Jones, The Rock, Entrapment (Got to make out with Catherine Zeta-Jones). *Red October, thanks @rockhound I'd imagine that he lived a good life! RIP Sir Sean Connery
  20. Probably the generation that I'm from, but that has to be the most beautiful record label ever! One that my puppy ate that time in the 90s. So nice to have it again as a record, could not live without it in my collection so had it on cd for years. They rarely compare to this
  21. I can dig that "All Cried Out" @MicroMara That voice is deja-vu after the Yaz record! *Guess I can confess to you folks here. I had Thriller on a cassette... one that I made!
  22. Yea in the 90s the bandshell, spring break.. the Hawaiian-Tropic-House. Naked beach south of New Smyrna!
  23. wondered about that most wouldn't even let me post them here. Search for Situation... not Godsmack. although that is great but by Yaz and it's a funky masterpiece by what was being played then. Don't know why I sat on it for so long before posting but you have posted some seriously funked up music like for those raves that popped up at abandoned warehoused that were all over in the 90s here in the states. This would have been there if it had been the early 80s when the did the g or whatever and got weird. It was a different weird in the late 70s early 80s... different dope too! Depeche Mode are incredible! Will listen to vid in a few, faces are shaking the walls right now!
  24. Still feel like moving, this is slow-dance stuff. If I'd been moving this long... by now would have had a dance-mate
  25. Yep I'm into some cheery varied music tonight at the vinyl thread! Dealing with legal and Insurance crap with the probate that was not settled today. F it it's after five... heck it just got dark, I'll deal with it in the morning!
