Usually I've put a coat of sealer on the driveway late in the summer. Not this year so I don't have the outside broom half coated in that black tar looking substance. Got a handful of feathers out of a pillow and put some on it one time. The political solicitors have quit coming around here! Don't know if it's just my place or not. This `toon was in the paper only a month or two after a big election and struck me well. I cut up my collection and put them on a board and on my coffee can piggy banks when i was laid up once.

Morning @grasshopper Got up before the alarm, made extra coffee, came to check my e-mails and winten was updating. Tried the tv news & I hate paul ryan and how I can't watch the am news anymore without cussing and then turning the darn thing off. Certain haters (yea I'm one now too) aren't allowed to be heard in my place! They played him whining the third time in five minutes and I removed the electrons from it! Sat in here and drank a mug changed all those settings back that msft reverts to and got to look up the truth. Oh boy, here it comes.

Don't speak it but we have real Mexican food all around here now. Like the Chinese takeout places, pictures with numbers. Only no peppers to denote the heat!! Don't do the food trucks that are everywhere although I comprehend it could be the best. I can't partake of that or swim in fresh water ever again.

Dang. Alright made my tacos and ate a few, put on some tunes so that I can go clean the kitchen now. First heard these guys on the tv and was glued to it with the "different" sound of the group. Also had seen Queens of the Stone Age on this show too and thought that the singer must have had a lot to do with the sound of the new band: Band TV Show

Cool, that variable thing helped me keep that receiver for decades with those Heresy. The Nakamichi was $$$ and it had less wattage so my head banging stuff back then got put back through the Yamaha.

Ahh Sooo Nice shelf you have there. mine were manufactured but are from the 70s I'd call them the real mccoy also. @grasshopper thoroughly enjoyed that James Gang record... it took me back, way back man!

I'll disagree with you a little there @MicroMara my 1990 Yah had a variable loudness that I used to warm it up a little to my Heresy IIs that I had just bought. Agree with you that it was not as dramatic as the Nakamichi (Nelson Pass) STASIS that I had for a while.. that was warm sounding.

I agree @dtel This year has had enough sci-fi, hope there is no more. Got the 90 day forms all done and notarized today for the probate. Things will all start to fall together... or fall apart in another month or so I'd guess

You're as bad as I am @Dave1290 Did you empty all that or just the bookcase to get that rug halfway under it? And what is that white shelving made out of, is it the same one from last year before the buckets full of more LPs came your way? Think I'm going with bookcases when I re-locate so I can give the crates back to my brother, he likes them more than I do and has zero albums. Got two of them and they are sturdy with movable shelves.

I saw one here on the southside of Charlotte in early 2004 when I was still climatized for Central FL being here for less than a year. Sideways at 50 mph snow for hours with lightning, thunder rattling things and the roof creaking with 28 inches on it by nighttime. Got more in the SC suburbs 20 miles south of us. Never in my life and probably never again. Good thing it went up to 40 the next day at lunch because rooves weren't built for that kind of weight here. I got the 28 from a flat spot on the back patio, cars, bushes, neighbors homes were blobs the next morning. very cool looking. If we did not have a sliding glass door I wouldn't have been able to crawl out of the house!

Wait until you get used to John Forslund if you haven't already on NBC Playoff games the last five or more years. Wish Doc good luck with his battle. Isn't he the one fighting cancer? But he was too late and vague with his calls and his voice was like nails on a chalkboard to me.

You Know it! it's a double record so there is a lot to it... just the guys having fun is what it sounds like. Like neighbors on their back porch jamming on a Friday night!! Well my neighbor that did that never had the drums and a fiddle there but the atmosphere is the same!

Huh? If that means what it looks like with an extra letter for clarification for the three words? Nobody ever said that to you in your life? Or you didn't understand it was with good humor? If friends (or in laws) came over for an evening after me and my x had been going at it all day over something... They would say something like "Alright now, fight nice you two" Think @billybob `bout went there and took it away but I'm not bashful plus my couth took a hike years ago. & that guy is about as easy going as you will find here. I'm not, with that Scotch-Irish temperament I have, so I'll dive right in! 💋 This was done at Capricorn also and Duane & Chuck Leavell were in on this with some friends!
