  1. Here’s one of mine: The Celtic Martini. Jameson’s with a good splash of sweet vermouth, shaken with ice, and served up. The smoothest whiskey cocktail...
  2. @Emile I found your amp! This will give you some headroom. If you buy two, you can have 2200 watts into 8 ohms RMS / continuous output on both channels... Meet the Electro Voice CP3000S: (The one on eBay is at $499 and $40 shipping) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Electrovoice-CP3000S/223528763095?hash=item340b5a3ed7:g:hUYAAOSwtyRc6Dtr Electro-Voice's Precision Series Compact amplifiers offer proven Precision Series performance and reliability in a compact, lightweight format. This is made possible by incorporating a highly efficient Class-H design, which results in considerably less heat being generated. This allows the overall size of the amplifier to be reduced substantially without sacrificing performance or reliability. The CP3000S is not only the first Precision Series amplifier to use a switch-mode power supply, but also the first switch-mode amplifier with EV's Precision Series sound. With up to 2 x 1600 watts into 2 ohms and 2 x 1100 watts into 4 ohms, it is both powerful and lightweight, at only 17.96 lbs (8.15 kg). The CP3000S is state-of-the-art for all kinds of applications. It is specifically designed to allow for long-term driving of low loads into subwoofers without stress. The CP3000S's reliability and its pleasing, rich sound make it the first choice for all mid- and hi-range speaker cabinets. 3. @Emile If his work is like mine, you get pulled in many different directions constantly, all day, every day. Occasionally, things fall into the cracks. It’s just a fact of life. I try to cut people some slack!
  4. Didn’t Roy / @Chief bonehead design these? If so, he knocked this one out of the park! Thank you, Sir. I’m a fan of your work.
  5. I think he means the used market, where you get near Klipschorn performance for 1/5th the price. Simultaneous post, Schu!
  6. Yes. Yes they are. I’m ecstatic over mine!
  7. If your wife thinks those are too big, show her some pictures of other setups... Below is my actual desk, and some pictures of other in house setups. Welcome to the forum, @bharat. It's fun to discover new things!
  8. $9,999 according to the listing.

  10. @Emile Here’s your chance, sir.
  11. Pictures are even easier. Try the hosting site in my signature below. You can save as many as you like, without having to resize them...
  12. This one was done in ONE continuous take. Over 5 floors, and down into the street.
  13. Oh, and another one. I have a little sign on my desk that says "I'm Silently Correcting Your Grammar". @Emile This is a VERY clean recording. This one likes to be played LOUD.
  14. Okay, if you want to go this direction, I'm game~! That should get you started, JK!
  15. That will make sure that the musicians stay in business, too.
  16. I have nearly all the parts I need to build a Cornwall pair. Anyone have a set of cabinets you want to throw away?
  17. The easiest way is to buy them directly online from either the Apple Store, or Amazon. You pay, instant download, and start enjoying your music immediately.
  18. Yeah, you need either a CD, or a full lossless rip from one.
  19. Very nice, and I believe a track saw will help you tremendously.
  20. Mystic Rythms - Rush If you want to feel some thump, play this on your Epics:
  21. @Emile I have a suggestion for you. Cue up "Finish What Ya Started - Van Halen" and give it a medium volume listen on the Epics. Nice clean recording, and no real or added distortion. Let me know how they sound. *<;o)
  22. Thank you very much! My new speakers look fantastic, thanks for giving me a preview! I like oak. But like everything, it goes in and out of favor. In the 80's, you got premium prices for oak antiques, and you couldn't give mahogany away.
