clermontcop
I just purchased a set of Klipsch Forte I. These speakers are absolutely AMAZING. I need some advise on a good center channel to go with these speakers. Im hoping to get my hands on a set of Klipsch Chorus I speakers. Any advice would help, thanks. wuzzzer
First choice would be another Forte, then a Quartet, then an Academy. Finding a single Forte or Quartet may be difficult but you can always buy a pair and then sell one of them. Hope you enjoy them!
clermontcop
What do you think my chances are on finding an Acadmeny speaker for the center?
Bill H.
Not too hard. They seem to pop up more lately............expect to pay about 400 -450.00 Generally. If you have the room, another Forte for the center, or a Heresy would also work............ I am sure others will come on and express better options to you.............JMHO. clermontcop
Could you offer me some advise on where I could start looking for an academy center channel?
Romak
I'm currently using a KG2.2v for center with my Forte's until I can get an Academy. It will do the job until then.

Groomlakearea51
A Heresy-II with refreshed caps would do very well if you cannot find an Academy. The H-II's are readily available and can be found at decent prices right now.
Cal Blacksmith
I have Fort'e 1s as my mains and I have had several speakers for a center including H1 and H2s, I am running an Acadamey at the moment and feel no need to change things. If I could find another Fort'e1 as a stray someplace, I would buy it but until one drops from the sky into my lap, the Academy will stay. clermontcop
Hello thanks for responding, I would like both of them if you are willing to ship them and that is also based on the price of the Fortes and shipping. My personal email is mschafer3@cfl.rr.com. My cell is 4073679259. Thanks.
