Chris...

What days are going to work for you now? Any changes?
Maybe another audio listening session/get-together for the local folks in north central Texas area? Make me an offer [:^)] Maybe we can do it in a couple of sessions in case someone can't make a particular date.

The only dates off the table are Thanksgiving day, and Sunday, 2 December. Other than that, my schedule's fairly flexible.

Always the generous man you are.

I am in.

I am pretty flexible also.

Waiting on a friend to get back with me for a possible date.

If he cannot make it, I'm still in.

I'll get back with you asap.

Should others in North Texas pick a date, I'll work with it also.

Thanks for the invite.

As before, I can make provisions to set up other equipment such as preamps, players, amplifiers, or even a speaker --if there is enough interest.

I've been meaning to have a reschedule of a get together that I planned last February, then again in early December. Perhaps
this weekend (1/4 to 1/06)...or perhaps the following weekend will
work. Will this work for anyone? (I seem to flunk at planning ahead.)

Brian,

I enjoyed it, too, meeting several people for the first time including yourself. I enjoy meeting the real people behind the forum names that I've written to for years now. It's great to hear what kind of music people like to listen to and about their backgrounds.

Thanks to all that attended... I think that I got the better deal!

Well, the only photo that I caught everyone's face is below. Seadog (David) is on the left seated, followed by Wrinkles (Mike), Tim (a local hornhead, standing), oldtimer (Brian) seated, Darel (not a hornhead, but a local electrostat guy), Michael (a local hornhead), and Tom (another local old time hornhead). Last but not least is Tommy (on all fours in the extreme background) doing his job keeping everyone happy catching racquetballs through "his" doorway.

The event kicked off at 12:00 and finished up about 6:00 PM. Mostly we socialized and occasionally put something on the system, and grazed on party pickin's, and just had a low key good time retelling old stories and telling new ones.

I certainly hope that some had fun. I know that I did.

I think that Wrinkles guy was asleep.

Or the music was soooo intoxicating...

Or maybe he could not stand the movie...

Dang it, the shutter coincided with my blink, happens all the time.

Chris had a real nice get together and was a great host.

Heard all kinds of music.

Man, can his system jump and of course sounded great.

Thanks Chris.
