IndyKlipschFan
I was asked if I felt the importance of all the three up front being the same was really THAT important? The answer... YES!

Moderators dtel Posted April 24, 2012 Moderators Share Posted April 24, 2012 I was lucky enough to hear Indy's HT, it was one of the best, or the best, I have ever had a chance to hear ! You can't tell from those pics but it is also decorated very well . [Y] And YES all matching speakers make a BIG difference, I took the advice of many here to match at least the front 3, and very glad I did, it does not get any better. Frzninvt
I traded down from Klipschorn mains to La Scala's so that my front three would be identical. I need to get some K-77M's in them to match the center though. I decided on Cornwalls and Heresy's in the rear to bring the bass content up a bit. Although the twin Velodyne HGS-15's can rattle the fillings out of your teeth. People are amazed at the clarity at near insane volume levels, great thing about Heritage is that they can sustain those levels. Having a stout power with with plenty of power and gobs of headroom helps too! I love Roger's whole theatre theme though it is awesome. Moderators dtel Posted April 29, 2012 Moderators Share Posted April 29, 2012 Hope you don't mind Roger, you did a nice job on the room. Pictures were taken of the room not of the picture on the screen, in these pics I overexposed some so you could see the room which washed out the screen pic. Moderators dtel Posted April 29, 2012 Moderators Share Posted April 29, 2012 Rear, there are speakers behind the screen's, I don't remember exactly what Rodger can answer that. It sounded really good, LaScala's are great for movies with their clear crisp sound, imo.
