Speakmeister
Hi Guys, I am looking for an inexpensive tube amplifier, I don't have much money for this project. Please let me know what you have. I really appreciate it!
CIGARBUM
What do you mean by inexpensive? I have a stromberg carlson 433, Craig has performed his magic on. Not a lot of watts but a real sweeet sounding amp. I would have to have at least what Craig charged for the rebuild plus shipping. moray james
how about a used Antique Sound Labs AQ1003DHT which is a PPEL34 amp should be able to find a used one for around $600.00 change outthe 12AU7 for a paie of 12BH7's and you have a sota amp for dirt. Changing out the 1AU's turns this into a world class amp. Hope this is of interest. Best regards Moray James.

tromprof
I have a Canadian built Ideal Innovations Elite 80 tube amp that I am thinking of parting with. 20 watts per channel and dead quiet with my La Scalas and K-horns. I would be willing to do $350. Link to manufacture's website. http://www.idealinnovations.biz/elite80+.htm
tube fanatic
Hi Guys, I am looking for an inexpensive tube amplifier, I don't have much money for this project. Please let me know what you have. I really appreciate it! Where are you located, and what is your budget? There are many considerations here as far as power, type of circuit, kind of sound you're looking for, whether you want an integrated (onboard preamp) or power amp, and lots more. hugeroost
Speak, check out the tube amps by Musical Paradise in Canada, all hand built and their entry amp is 299. killer little amp man
Ski Bum
I have a Decware amp I'd part with. I've got it listed elsewhere right now for $600. It provides the gossamer smooth SET sound and proverbial 3-D soundstage/image holographic trickery, but only 2 watts. The Jub looking things in your avatar would make the most of what it has to offer.
