mustang guy
The race is half over. The track is hot. Between 117 and 121 depending on who you listen to. Some tires are blistering, and there are a lot of spoiler adjustments being made to increase downforce due to the hot track. Our #67 is in the 27th position at this time, and posted a lap speed of 222 MPH. that is very good. http://racecontrol.indycar.com/ edit: I'm not sure, I think Josef is out. My man Helio is in a strong 2nd. Edited May 25, 2014 by mustang guy

Josef Newgarden. Start position 8. Car number 67. Laps/status: 156/contact Third-year driver was trying to slow up for Scott Dixon's crash in Turn 4 when he got hit from behind and knocked off the track. Ceptorman
The B&W car blew the engine while leading with 5 laps to go. Justin Wilson was hit in the head by debris and was airlifted to the hospital, prayers sent his way.
billybob
Heard something about that on the radio in the car. Dangerous places at times. Getting to be a spectator sport. That WWII Hurricane crash at Brit airshow killed several. Schrapnel is there in either case. Go Bush?
Ceptorman
Justin Wilson passed away tonight. RIP racer They have been talking about going to an enclosed cockpit on these cars, I'll bet the discussion speeds up now.
