Taz
Gentleman I know just got another Jeep, He said 2 of the speakers were Klipsch and he does not know what the other speakers are. His question being what is a good brand or brands of car speakers. Seems to me he has it half right with the klipsch speakers, (I did not know Klipsch made speakers for autos). I really did not know where to post this, so into the Lounge it is. john
Gnote
I'm pretty sure Klipsch never made car speakers. As far as car audio goes (although it's been a while) JL Audio and Focal were good .
The History Kid
Correct, unless they're ceiling speakers modded for the car - but I don't know of anyone who has done that with much success. I'd agree that JL Audio is good. A lot of people still rave over Infinity and Alpine as well.

I agree, I think car speakers would be better for that. Had some Heresy's in the back of the jeep at one time, sounded good, but was a little inconvenient with space. angusruler
just put a jl audio amp and dual 12" woofers in my car.........the improvement I was looking for!!! I usually go with polk spkrs in the doors....sound good, and very reasonably priced.

Ceptorman
Even a generic Radio Shack speaker would be an upgrade over most factory speakers.
